Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize AP workflow using NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports
- Implement AP process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or SAP
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with high-volume processing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
