Responsibilities

- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for financial consistency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Generate monthly AP reports and analyze vendor payment trends
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
