- Optimize 3-way matching and purchase order verification workflows
- Manage payment processing through ACH and virtual card systems
- Conduct month-end closing activities and accrual management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Collaborate with international stakeholders on tax compliance
- Lead process documentation and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of sales tax regulations across multiple states
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
