Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Excel automation
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Mentor junior AP specialists and train on new systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and audit compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
