Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors using Oracle ERP
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Oversee 3-way matching for high-volume transactions exceeding $2M monthly
- Lead month-end closing activities including accruals and payment runs
- Implement process improvements reducing invoice processing time by 15%
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor master data maintenance
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor disputes and payment terms negotiation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
