Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice approval workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP audits
- Train 2+ junior AP specialists on process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Implement automation tools to reduce processing time by 30%
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of process optimization initiatives
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle NetSuite a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
