Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 3-day SLA
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage expense report audits and compliance with SOX controls
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur systems
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP reporting
- Collaborate with procurement team for vendor contract management
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume processing
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
