- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely payment processing
- Implement and improve AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and support audits
- Analyze vendor payment trends and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Accounts Payable Certification (APC) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in process optimization
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and resolving payment disputes
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
