Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage payment cycles via ACH, wire transfers, and virtual cards
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on process improvements
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers monthly
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
