- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Lead month-end closing processes and audit support
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Train junior accounting staff on financial compliance protocols
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel VLOOKUP
- Proven track record of reducing processing costs by 15%+
- Strong GAAP and SOX compliance knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
