Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile complex GL accounts and bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial reports for executive leadership review
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor contracts and payment processing
- Implement accounting process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
