Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile GL accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, P&L statements, and variance analyses
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing procedures and audit support
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and SAP
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and trend analysis
