- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports for executive review
- Assist in quarterly audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems with HIPAA-level security
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during season
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record in financial reconciliation
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) a plus
