Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee tax preparation, payroll processing, and regulatory reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
- Lead process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
