Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and executive reports ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 98% accuracy target
- Conduct variance analysis and support budget forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy implementation
- Automate reporting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech/finance sector
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/Pivot mastery
- SAP or Oracle ERP implementation experience required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Weekly payroll processing experience preferred
