Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Implement internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
