Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis to support management reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide requested documentation.
- Conduct internal financial reviews to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business unit leaders in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
