Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports with 100% accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and ensure timely documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records with proper backup protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-corporate portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel with VBA skills
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
