Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Support internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits
