Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheets
- Oversee payroll processing with weekly pay distribution
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement internal controls for financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with monthly/quarterly closing processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
