Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closings
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvements using financial software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain robust internal controls and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
