Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax department for quarterly filings and year-end reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Proven experience with financial statement analysis and variance reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
