Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead financial reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Proficient with QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
