As part of our Finance Professionals network, you will work closely with leadership to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
- Support external audits and provide requested documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
