Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure timely filing with federal and state authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is highly desired.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
