Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct audits and reconcile financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and audits
- Strong knowledge of MD/VA tax regulations
