Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Oracle, and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis
