Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for multiple departments
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and SEC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
