Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-sized firm background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs)
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for presenting complex financial data
