- Lead month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate on annual budgeting and financial planning initiatives
- Conduct audits of expense reports and vendor contracts
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits and compliance
