- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions and cost optimization
- Lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance with GAAP and IRS requirements
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated success in managing complex reconciliations and financial reporting
