Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance environment
