Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders
- Oversee audit coordination with external firms
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite and Excel
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP compliance
- Analyze variance reports to drive strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Strong audit preparation skills
