Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with precision and efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audit preparations and respond to financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with macros
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state taxation (WA focus required)
