Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for multi-state clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven experience with remote work technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
