Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and SAP systems
- Lead special projects including process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
