Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax teams on compliance and planning initiatives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for multiple client portfolios
- Mentor junior accountants and provide financial guidance to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
