Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) for executive stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to SOX regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
