Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead audit preparations and liaison with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and Salesforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Expertise in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote finance teams
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
