Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software (SAP/Oracle)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
