Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audit requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and regulatory compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP platforms
