Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA required (or equivalent certification)
- 5+ years of accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
