Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Lead month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budget analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and stakeholder reports
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation systems
- Support external audits and tax compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Proven track record in financial analysis and process optimization
