Responsibilities
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Support audit preparation and tax compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
