Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations while implementing internal controls
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and month-end/close procedures
