Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Expert proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and audit procedures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams
