Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and corporate credit cards
- Support annual audits by compiling documentation and liaising with external auditors
- Develop financial models and forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
