- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and optimize accounting workflows and systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state compliance (CA/GA focus)
