Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
