Responsibilities
- Manage complex financial reporting and month-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive-level performance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis initiatives

- Implement and optimize internal accounting controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
